I offer tailored EDI services designed to help organisations and individuals foster a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse environment. Training and Learning

Designing and facilitating EDI trainings targeted to specific groups (LGBTQ+, neurodiversity) or to specific audiences (hiring managers, recruiters, senior leaders). I have a wide range of trainings available that will be tailored to your needs, including:
- Conscious Inclusion

All trainings can be delivered as 60, 90 or 120 minute versions in either non-interactive lecture formats or interactive workshops.

Diversity Data

Reviewing and designing diversity data collection surveys, strategies and communications plans to increase response rates. Writing and reworking diversity data collection to be Equality Act (2010) compliant and promote response rates. Advising on usage of data to deliver insights-led EDI strategies and programmes.

This service is offered on a day-rate depending on the extent of services required.

Board/Executive Coaching

1-2-1 and small group training, coaching and advising for board members and executives.

This service will be calculated via a day-rate to establish the breadth of work required, typically a series of 2-4 x 45 minute sessions.

Focus Groups and Town Halls

Designing and facilitating listening sessions for groups of colleagues to gather insights and knowledge about experiences of inclusive behaviour, workplace culture and more. 

These sessions typically run as 90 minute or 120 minute interactive sessions, depending on the number of attendees.

Talent Development

Creating and facilitating mentoring and leadership programmes for diverse talent.

EDI Strategy

Advising on and developing company-wide EDI strategies with top-down and bottom-up approaches.

Staff Networks

Supporting the creation of new staff networks/ERGs, developing company infrastructure to support networks and guidance on activities for networks to become business assets.

Reviewing and reworking all touchpoints of recruitment processes to be more inclusive and prioritise surfacing diverse candidates.
